How to check your account status

  1. To check your account status:
  2. Log in to your Foniso account.
  3. Go to Settings > Account.
  4. Look for the 'Account Status' section. Here you'll see if your account is active, verified, or has any restrictions. If you see any issues, follow the provided instructions to resolve them.

My account has been disabled or locked and I can't log in

If your account is disabled or locked, try resetting your password via the login page. Check your email for any messages from Foniso about account issues. If these don't work, contact Foniso support with your username and the email associated with your account. We'll investigate and guide you through the reactivation process.

My account was banned for spam, automatic activity, or ban evasion

If your account was banned, review our Community Guidelines to understand the violation. Submit an appeal through our Help Center, explaining your situation. If the ban is lifted, ensure future compliance with our policies. Note that repeated violations may result in permanent account suspension.

How to get your account verified

To get your account verified, ensure it meets our criteria (e.g., active user, complete profile). Go to Settings > Account > Verification and click 'Request Verification'. Fill out the form and submit required documentation to prove your identity. Our team will review your application, which typically takes 1-2 weeks.
